Kirk Schenck is President & General Counsel overseeing Strategic Planning, Business, Legal and Commercial Affairs for both scripted and reality projects at Pangea. Schenck also oversees all business matters for Pangea.
Schenck previously served as Executive Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs at Fox Television Studios, overseeing all business and legal affairs and production for Regency Television, Fox World and both the scripted and non-scripted arms of Fox Television Studios. At Fox, he worked on scripted series television such as FX’s “The Shield” and “Thief,” FBC’s “The Bernie Mac Show” and “Malcolm in the Middle”, FBC’s upcoming “The Wedding Album” as well as over a dozen alternative/unscripted programs for cable and broadcast networks, including Fox’s “Celebrity Duets”, E!’s “The Girls Next Door”, Lifetime’s “Cheerleader Nation”, and A&E’s “Inked .”
Schenck started his transactional entertainment career in the Business and Legal Affairs Department of Touchstone Television, where he worked on shows like “Felicity,” “Sportsnight,” and “Home Improvement.”
After Touchstone, Schenck worked at the law firm of Myman, Abell, Fineman, Fox, Greenspan & Light, LLP, where he represented writers, directors, actors and producers in the motion picture and television industries. Schenck then went in-house as Senior Vice President, General Counsel for one of his law firm clients, LMNO Productions, which produced Alternative Programming such as “Kids Say the Darndest Things” (CBS), “Guinness Book of World Records Primetime” (FOX), “Boot Camp” (FOX), and “Final Justice with Erin Brockovich” (LIFETIME).
Kirk Schenck went to UC Berkeley (BA, History) and Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law (J.D.).
Karrie Wolfe is the Senior Vice President of both RDF USA and its subdivision Pangea.
Wolfe closely monitors international markets and works with producers and distributors worldwide to bring their properties to the US through either the RDF USA or Pangea banner. RDF USA specializes in unscripted material while Pangea focuses on scripted formats.
To date, Wolfe has optioned properties from Israel, Mexico, Colombia, France, Sweden, Japan and the Netherlands. Wolfe was responsible for optioning “Syns”, originally in development at BBC and now being adapted for Showtime. Other UK formats she has brought to the US include “Mind Control with Derren Brown” (Sci-Fi), “How to Look Good Naked” (Lifetime), and “Meadowlands” (Showtime).
Additionally, Wolfe liases with the numerous RDF-owned content companies to exchange ideas and information that can be co-developed by the group into numerous territories.
Previously, Wolfe worked as an Alternative Television Packaging Agent at United Talent Agency for five years. During her time at UTA, she represented the creators of “Pimp My Ride” as well as the showrunners of “Project Runway,” “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition,” “Penn and Teller: Bullshit,” “Black.White,” “Meet the Barkers” and “30 Days.” She also packaged shows such as Wilmer Valderrama’s “Yo Momma” for MTV.
Wolfe earned a B.A. in Telecommunications and a minor in Business at Indiana University. In her free time, she enjoys photography, surfing and DJ-ing.
Jessica Weiner is a manager for Pangea Management Group.
Recently, Pangea entered into a partnership with Bravo Media to guide the careers of several of the network's talent. Weiner's primary focus is to oversee these careers. She finds her clients opportunities in all areas of media, including endorsements, licensing, merchandising and personal appearances.
Previously, she served under Greg Goldman in RDF's development department, working on shows such as "Don't Forget the Lyrics" (Fox), "How to Look Good Naked" (Lifetime) and "The Two Coreys" (A&E).
Prior to RDF USA, she worked in the alternative department at United Talent Agency.
Weiner earned a BA in Communication Science and Rhetorical Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
In her role, Fisher generates and manages press for RDF USA and Pangea as well as its key producers and executives. She also strategizes with networks and studios to promote RDF and Pangea produced television series such as "Wife Swap" (ABC), "Don't Forget the Lyrics" (Fox), "Dance Machine" (ABC), "How to Look Good Naked" (Lifetime) and "Coolio and the Gang" (Oxygen). Additionally, she collaborates with the UK arm, RDF Media, to coordinate international publicity.
Prior to RDF USA, she worked in the alternative department at United Talent Agency.
Fisher began her career in public relations at Stan Rosenfield & Associates. There, she worked on entertainment accounts, including Kelly Ripa, Andy Garcia, David Boreanaz, Patricia Clarkson and Daryl Hannah. Prior to Stan Rosenfield & Associates, she worked for Dreamworks and in the features department at Anonymous Content.
